    This content is your product and we want to protect it. Our services in this plan include back-up and management of media. Need to collect media over a year for a documentary? Will you need to maintain a large database of data and need help keeping it organized, protected, and valuable? We have you covered!

Why is there a minimum Budget?

We want to make sure we are committing the right amount of resources to see your success in our program. Some of this budget will be used to procure the necessary resources for success and some will be used to compensate our talented teammates for their hard work.

Can I stop a program early?

If you have a change of heart, we only ask that you communicate as early as possible to prevent any losses by either party. We invest significantly in our team and infrastructure for our clients and want to prevent any unnecessary damages. If you would like to terminate a program early, please provide two weeks notice and we will come up with an exit plan to allow you to move forward successfully.

WHy is there a minimum Term?

Great things take time. Our programs originated because we saw that our clients weren’t reaping the full benefits of their awesome content. By committing to long term solutions, we can be involved during the entire process and ensure that the desired results are actually achieved.

I may need some one off services from time to time.

We’d be glad to help with some things we maybe didn’t include in your original program set-up. We understand things change and are here to help. These services may or may not incur additional fees, but either way we will ensure to provide a competitive rate that is reflective of our long term partnership.

Can I continue with media sensei after my program ends?

Of course! I’m sure we’d love to continue being apart of your organization. It is likely that after completion of our programs, your business needs will have changed, so we will set up a review meeting to discuss moving forward.
